Please Pray for a Great Trip!
I have been praying for all of you since Kristie texted me 6 am Indiana time which of course was 3 am Arizona time going through security. Have a great first day in the D R. A big thanks to Margo for starting this blog, it helps me feel connected to all of you since I am all the way out in Arizona.
We checked Delta and saw your flight to the D.R. arrived on time. We will be praying for you and checking the blog each day. Have a great week!

PAL Baseball update..
Indians & Reds fall, Cubs & Yankees to play on Thursday. Terry told me I was "the only person all year that listened to him." I believe this is my new ministry and, if I don't take his life on Thursday, will continue to foster this relationship.
If the Kramers are ready to go on a mission trip we've got a great opportunity leaving for the DR on July7th!!!
We are thanking God that you all made it safely to the D.R.!! Sounds like a smooth trip. David, we miss you and Alex! And we are sad not to be able to be there as a family!! As I read your blog last night, I had tears in my eyes because of the wonderful experience you are going to have today. I long to see the encounter of our Indiana friends meeting our Redemption Village friends! I am praying that hearts are touched and lives are changed! Hello all! (This is Leah) I had planned to give little notes to each of you: Kristie, Jessica and Suzanne but VBS has kicked my tail this week and I didn't get them out. I'm praying for you though, and here is the first devo that I was going to have for you to read. Maybe others on the trip will be encouraged by it as well-Love you!
"'All we have here,' they said, 'are five loaves and two fishes"' (Matthew 14:17, NEB)
Five thousand people and they were all hungry. When Jesus told His disciples to feed the crowd, all they could find were five biscuits and two sardines. Acutely conscious of their own inadequacy, the disciples went to Jesus. He took what they had and transformed it into abundance.
He's still doing that. For example, some people think cross-cultural missionaries are super-heroes of the faith with extraordinary spiritual resources. While we were serving as missionaries a lady said to me: "I could never do what you're doing. You're a better Christian than I am."
While troubled by her own inadequacies, she had mistakenly put me up on a pedestal. Actually, I'm just as inadequate as she felt. Alas, in front of life's enormous problems, we are all merely 5-loaves-and-2-fish people. However, that's also good news. Like the disciples, we can give Jesus what we have. However inadequate it may seem, He will make it sufficient. God has the ability to take little and make much of it. Let's trust Him.

What a great bunch of people, makes me want to take Chantler up on his invite for July...but i think it would truly take an act of God at this pt. so we will shoot for next summer:) HEATH FRAME just want you to know that my heart bursts with pride and hope for you on this trip-just prepare yourself for i am "petitioning" God to challenge, stretch and grow you...i am excited not only for you but for all the people that will be changed in the process as well. David we cancelled T-Ball tonight and they are calling for more rain tomorrow.....so we will see what happens. Hannah and I had a nice day together today. It was great hanging out with her!!! We miss you and Alex....it would be nice to 'hear' from him sometime this week. :) No big news here....just that we can't wait to be there with you!

LAUREN-we had our ****LAST**** summer league today JV....lost haha but varsity went all the way and won it all we got sweet little teal shirts and it was pretty sweet..wish you could've been there to sit with me!! haha austin had a total of 6 hours of practice tonight - he asked me about the gyms and let me know thats how his day went...i'm sure he is having hurricanes in his body without having you here! we both miss you like crazy

Hey everyone we miss you all and are haveing a great time all at the same time!!! WE are tired every night but it not once have I heard the kids say anything about it. they are alway ready to do what ever we have asked them to do and do it with a big smile on there faces. it has been a life changing experience for all!!! In case you didn't know, George DeTellis passed away in the night. For those of you who did not get to meet him, he is the man responsible for starting New Missions. He was a wonderful servant of God! Please pray for his family.
It was great to hear from you Margo! I can't wait to hear about your experiences. God has always provided just the right people to serve in the D.R. when we have taken teams down. I am always blown away by the response of ALL the team members and their willingness to serve in any capacity. God is good!!!

I have signed you up for a Picasa Web Album to store all of your pictures. If the internet service you have there has good speed you could upload some of your pictures to make room on your camera. If anyone is wanting to print off photo's that are on the blog you might want to wait until Margo can get the original picture to you. When they go on the blog they are reduced in size. They look good on the web but print quality is no good.

i love you guys and miss you...my volunteering went fine except for it was a little boring but o well...um i dont know if you remember but my senior pictures r at twelve on tuesday right when you get home...i am getting a hurdle and my volleyball uniform on monday...im gonna try to find all my ribbons too...but i have no idea what i am wearing for all of them or anything and you get home late monday...i tried to reschedule it for july 3rd but they had no openings...o well i guess we will just wing it...pleez call me on my cell if you want to...well i hope you continue to be safe and have fun and enjoy this time of fellowship... i cant wait to hear all your stories and see pictures...ttyl

Nothing too exciting here today, Hannah and I have been having some GREAT mother/daughter time! We are heading to Dannah's baby shower in the morning....that will be fun! You are on our minds a bunch! David, did the pregnant gal at the internet place have her bambino yet? By the way, how did that place get described as an "internet cafe" to us? Maybe an "internet sauna" "internet inferno" "internet center of the earth molten lava spot" or "internet be careful you don't get electrocuted sitting in a pool of your own sweat" but not cafe!
Tell John I'm working on finding him an autoclave. Find out what his timeframe is for needing one in place.
